COVID-19 Notice:

StoneWater is Currently only providing in-office care for those with acute musculoskeletal conditions that need to be physically evaluated by a healthcare provider for those without respiratory symptoms and are considered low risk of COVID-19 exposure and patients that are likely to have a significant negative impact on their health without continued treatment.

Dr. Gradel will be asking a series of questions prior to scheduling your appointment to determine if your condition warrants the risk of traveling to the office and may determine that telehealth services are appropriate at this time. 

New Patients

all new patients are required to schedule a new patient appointment that is an hour long and consist of a problem-focused physical, review of medical history, followed by treatment. Most patients can be treated the same day however further testing may be required prior to treatment and will be discussed during the appointment.

We are currently implementing Telehealth Services for Existing and New Patients with health concerns.

Dr.Gradel is also offering private online Qigong and Tai Chi lessons at this time to help promote a healthy mind, body, and spirit through the duration of the pandemic.

Scheduling Policy 

We request that you please give our office at least 24-hour notice in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment.

If you do not provide us with a 24-hour notice, or if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you may be charged a $20 rescheduling fee, or you may be asked to prepay in full for your next appointment.


Additionally, you may be offered limited appointment times. A patient who is a no-show three times or more may not be rescheduled for future appointments and may be dismissed from the practice.


Our Late Arrival Policy is as follows:

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment may be canceled and need to be rescheduled. Patients arriving late may also be asked to wait to be seen until the provider has an opening in their schedule.
