New Patients

all new patients are required to schedule a new patient appointment that is an hour long and consist of a problem-focused physical, review of medical history, which may be followed by treatment. Most patients can be treated the same day however further testing may be required prior to treatment and will be discussed during the appointment.

By scheduling online you agree to the policies below

Scheduling Policy

Please be courteous to fellow patients and give us 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.

No-Show-No-Calls take away the opportunity for fellow patients to be seen, this is especially true for first-time visits because of the extended length of the appointment.

If you do not give reschedule within 48 hours, or if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you may be charged a $20 rescheduling fee and or the full amount of your appointment based on the treatment plan for that visit as well as asked to prepay in full for your next appointment.

Additionally, you may be offered limited appointment times. A patient who is a no-show three times or more may not be rescheduled for future appointments and may be dismissed from the practice.

Our Late Arrival Policy is as follows:

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment may be canceled and rescheduled. You will be charged the $20 rescheduling fee.

We are unable to make accommodations at this time for late arrivals due to Covid-19 mitigation

and will be strict with our scheduling policies

If you have any questions regarding these policies, please let our staff know and we will be glad to speak with you in more detail.
