Site Safety and being OSHA compliant is important, but having healthy and pain-free employees are even more so.
Prior to becoming a Chiropractor and Acupuncturist Dr. Gradel worked in construction since the age of 16, and is familiar with HAZWOPER 40 training, the challenges of confined spaces, refinery hazards and working around heavy machinery, having been raised as part of the Geo. Gradel Co. in Toledo.
"It was while working construction as a health and safety representative in the BP Husky Refinery of Toledo when I made my choice to become a chiropractor. I saw too many people working through pain, trying to avoid being put on medications that would impair their judgment, not to look for alternatives. Eventually, I found my path to becoming the chiropractor and acupuncturist I am today from those experiences, and I am happy to share my knowledge to prevent injuries due to poor body mechanics, improper ergonomics, and muscle imbalances caused by repetitive movements. "
Feel free to contact the office if you would like Dr. Gradel to speak at your office or work-sites as a change of pace to your daily safety reviews, assessments for injury prevention with ergonomic and body mechanics reviews, and or to offer your employees drug-less alternatives to managing pain.
