StoneWater is Growing! and seeking part-time office assistants. 

We are looking for individuals with infectious charm, confidence, and organizational skills to help Dr. Gradel provide care to patients. This opportunity has the potential to develop into a managerial role as we continue to grow our office. Overall you will be tasked with helping keep the office operations moving smoothly throughout the day.

 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients, scheduling, receiving payment, providing super bills, sending faxes, answering phone calls and emails, replying to records requests, light cleaning, maintaining inventory, and answering general questions about the office.

The ideal candidate should also have a natural interest in active lifestyles, respect for individual choice, be detailed oriented, and possess tactful conversational wherewithal as you will be interacting with everyone that enters or contacts the office.

    • CPR/First Aid Training (preferred)

Our office mindset is supportive. We want anyone associated with our office to succeed. We will have an onboarding period to help you become comfortable with the office workflow and introduce you to patients.

There will be a 90-day training period before full benefits and wages become effective. The initial wage during this period will be set based on previous experience and may range between $10.00 - $12.00 per hour.
