COVID-19 Information

StoneWater Acupuncture & Chiropractic is taking COVID-19 Seriously

Below are a few examples of our Office Procedures that will be in effect as of April 6th, 2021:

  • All patients are pre-screened prior to appointments for COVID19.

  • Patients are asked to arrive at their appointment times and not to enter the office early in order to reduce cross traffic at the front desk.

  • One patient is seen at a time and appointment times are spaced out to reduce patient cross traffic at the front desk.

  • Mandatory handwashing is in place upon entering the office, a portable handwash station is located at our front desk.

  • Patients are asked to maintain social distancing practices while in the office.

  • Patients are encouraged to wear face-covering during their appointments.

  • Sanitation/disinfecting procedures are performed between each patient encounter.

  • HEPA filters are being used and fresh air is being circulated throughout the office at all times.

  • Dr. Gradel will be wearing a KN95 mask and scrubs while seeing patients.

  • Dr. Gradel is practicing social distancing and following current recommendations while not in the office and has been vaccinated.

  • We are following CDC guidelines as well as following more specific local ordinances to maintain a low-risk of exposure / no risk identified environment.

We have remained open throughout the pandemic as part of the healthcare system to evaluate and manage non-viral / non-respiratory conditions and continue care for patients that are likely to experience a significant negative impact on their health if care was discontinued as instructed by the Indiana State Health Department.

StoneWater Acupuncture & Chiropractic encourages all patients to visit the CDC website as well as the Indiana State Department of Health for the most up to date information on COVID-19
